At Trabu, your privacy is our priority. This privacy policy outlines the types of information we collect, how we use it, and the steps we take to protect it.

Welcome to Trabu, operated by Trabu Technologies Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These terms govern your use of our mobile application (collectively, the “Service”), which provide travel planning and booking facilitation services.

1. Services Offered Trabu provides Trip & Experience Idea generation tools, trip bucket lists, calendar management tools, itinerary creation tools, and facilitates bookings through third-party providers. Our partners include affiliate companies, experience providers, tour operators, and travel agents from whom we may receive affiliate payments. We also feature sponsored content within our Ideas reel, which may be indistinguishable from our other content. Please note, we do not directly sell travel services but act as a mediator connecting you with service providers.

2. Use of Service The Service is free for the user and available only with English customer support.

3. Availability The Service is available in the United Kingdom and English speaking countries based on approvals provided by app stores for distribution. If local restrictions apply based on local regulations and service limitations – Trabu will communicate directly to the effected users, any possible terms & condition variations.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities Users are required to create a profile upon sign-up, which can be completed using either i) social media accounts ii) create direct account with Trabu. While you can add additional information about your family, it’s important to ensure the accuracy of all provided details. Users are encouraged to keep their accounts secure and private.

5. Intellectual Property Rights All content on Trabu, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is either the property of Trabu Technologies Ltd or is used under license. This content is protected by international copyright laws. Our services are provided for your personal, non-commercial use, and you are granted a limited license to access and use our services and their content for your purposes. Please respect our intellectual property rights and those of our partners. In event Trabu has reason to believe an account is miss using content, Trabu has the right to revoke Trabu access and suspend the affected account(s).

5. Communication & Notification Trabu goal is to enhance user experience by keeping you informed regarding key aspects of family holiday planning and relevant trips. As a result there are different types of communication you can or might receive from Trabu:  

  1. Push Notifications: Instant messages directly to your mobile device, providing real-time updates, reminders, or promotions.
  2. Service Emails or Notifications: Important updates about changes to our service, security alerts, or privacy policy updates.
  3. Promotional Emails: Information on special deals, upcoming features or offers.
  4. Offer Emails & Alerts: Specific offers made to you regarding your travel booking requests.
  5. Partner Emails: Select offers and promotions from our trusted partners that might be of interest to you.

Trabu is committed to complying with all relevant privacy law and regulations. Therefore, has included controls on communications & notifications, which are:

  • Opt-In and Opt-Out: Upon signing up, you’ll have the option to opt into each type of communications. If you later decide to change your preferences, you can easily update within the app settings.
  • Managing Push Notifications: Android and iOS devices allow you to manage notifications at the device level as well. Go to your device’s settings and adjust your notification preferences.
  • Email Preferences: You can manage your email preferences through the settings in the app. This allows you to choose whether to receive promotional emails, partner emails, or none at all.
  • Service Emails or Notifications, you can not be excluded from receiving as Trabu requires these in order to react, manage or contact you of material changes in the Trabu.
  • Offer Emails & Alerts, by requesting a call back, email offer or request of price from Trabu and it’s partners. You as a user have opted into receiving communication related only to this specific travel request.

6. Liability and Third-Party Services We introduce users to third-party travel providers, whilst provided possible travel itineraries and guide information. While Trabu Technologies Ltd facilitates these connections, it is important to understand that we do not accept liability for the services provided by these third parties beyond what is mandated by law. Whilst any travel itinerary or guided information (such as time of year, details of location) are for guide purposes only. Users are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before travelling and entering into transactions with any travel service provider featured on our platform. We aim to ensure trust and safety in our services but are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of third-party services accessed through our platform.

7. Dispute Resolution All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Amendments and Notifications We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes through clear notifications within our app, via email, or through a prominent notice on our website. You are advised to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
